Be Still

Isn’t it soothing to look out at a still, calm, body of water?  How often do you take the time to be still and calm in your soul?  These moments won’t just occur.  We have to take the time on purpose.

Life is full of turbulence, ups and downs, and twists and turns, so we must make it a point to take some moments of refuge from this wearisome world.  The Bible says in Psalms 46:10 KJV, “Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Be refreshed in your spirit today by taking time to be still and know that God is God and he is still on the throne.  He will be exalted among the heathen.  He will be exalted in the earth.  Rest assured in this truth.  Be still and know.
